HOMESCHOOL BELONGING ALL-ACCESS · FALL 2026

You Made the Brave Call. And in So Many Ways, It's Working. But Some Days, It's Lonely.

They're learning. They're safe. They're becoming themselves again. Now they need their people.

You pulled them out because you could see what the system was doing to your child. The dimming. The anxiety. The daily battle. You made the call that most parents are afraid to make. And it's working. They're learning at their pace. They're not being bullied. They're becoming themselves again. But the social piece keeps you up at night. They need friends who think the way they think. They need mentors who understand them. They need a village. You are doing it right. And now you don't have to do it alone.

The Part Nobody Warns You About.

Nobody tells you about the lonely part of homeschooling.

You're carrying everything.

You're the curriculum designer, teacher, social coach, and emotional support system. You love this work, but you were never meant to do it completely alone.

They're thriving academically. Socially, you're worried.

Their reading level is years ahead. Their curiosity is incredible. But finding true friends who understand them is hard.

They need challenge and support.

Your child needs acceleration, but they also need people who understand their unique learning profile.

Some subjects need a village.

You can support so much, but AP science, coding, debate, and advanced courses require expert mentors.

You need a partner, not another product.

You want community, mentors, and friends for your child. Not another curriculum sitting on a shelf.

What If You Didn't Have To Do This Alone?

What if your child logged in and was surrounded by kids who think the way they think? What if a mentor who was once exactly like them noticed when they were quiet and checked in? What if every Friday you opened your inbox and saw exactly how your child was growing? What if you had a community of parents who already understood? That's Young Scholars Academy. 1,200+ families. 17 countries. WASC accredited. ESA and charter funding accepted.

The Three C's: Why Homeschool Families Stay

Content That Builds Confidence

You don't have to teach everything. YSA offers 150+ courses across STEM, humanities, arts, gaming, life skills, and college prep. AP Psychology. Mock Trial. D&D. AI: Vibe Coding. Fantasy Botany. Your child learns what they love while building confidence.

Community That Ends The Isolation

Your child is not the only one. Groups average just 5 students. With 3+ courses, students unlock Friendship Social Club and build real friendships with kids who think the way they think. Virtual Campus gives them a place to connect between sessions.

Caring Mentors Who Become Their People

Our mentors understand gifted and twice-exceptional learners. Many were these kids themselves. They notice breakthroughs, encourage growth, and keep families connected through weekly progress summaries.

A LETTER TO THE HOMESCHOOL PARENT, FROM MR. SAM

I want to tell you something nobody tells homeschool parents enough.

You were right.

You saw what the system was doing to your child.

You made the brave choice to build something better.

Now let us help carry it.

YSA is not replacing you.

It's joining you.

It's the village that should have been there from the beginning.

Fall Questions

Everything About Fall Enrollment

From courses and pricing to community and enrollment — your questions answered.

Courses & Schedule

How long is each course?

Most courses meet once a week for roughly 50 minutes over 16 weeks (August to December). Many of our most popular courses extend to 36 weeks, running all the way from August to May, and they only open once a year. Advanced courses like AP classes and Teen D&D run for 75 minutes.

How many courses do families typically take?

Most families enroll in 3 or more courses. That's the sweet spot where your child unlocks the Friendship Social Club and virtual campus. Homeschool families often build full daily schedules with 10 or more courses. There is no cap. You design the week that fits your family.

What ages are fall courses for?

Fall courses serve students ages 5 to 25. Courses are grouped by age range so your child is always learning alongside peers their age.

What's the difference between summer and fall?

Summer camps are five-day tasters designed for exploration and discovery. Fall courses run once a week for 16 to 36 weeks. This is where deeper learning, stronger relationships, and lasting belonging happen. Many courses run the full year and only open once. We say: taste in the summer, build your life during the year.

Enrollment & Pricing

When do courses start?

Fall courses begin the week of August 24, 2026. Enrollment opens July 13. The Open House is July 15 at 5 PM PT / 8 PM ET. Families can meet mentors, explore 20+ virtual classrooms, ask questions, and experience the YSA community from the inside before enrolling.

How much do courses cost?

Courses start at $39 per week, roughly $500 per semester for 16 weeks. Payment plans start at 20% down to save your seat and lock it in. Groups are intentionally small, averaging 5 students, so spots fill quickly. ESA and charter funding are accepted, and many families pay zero out of pocket. Families enrolling in multiple courses can save significantly with our All-Access Passes.

What's an All-Access Pass?

An All-Access Pass is a bundled year-long package that includes multiple courses, the full Village experience, and exclusive bonuses at significant savings over enrolling a la carte. Options include the Enrichment Glow All-Access for families supplementing school, the Homeschool Belonging All-Access for families building a full community, and the College Prep Accelerator All-Access for teens headed to college. Each comes in Bronze, Silver, and Gold.

Do you require a formal diagnosis for giftedness or 2e?

No. We believe if you're here, you're meant to be here. We welcome all bright, curious, intense learners. There are no diagnosis requirements, test score requirements, or gatekeeping. If your child's brain works differently and they need a place where that is celebrated, YSA was built for them.

The YSA Experience

Is this on Zoom?

Courses run live on Zoom. Between sessions, students enrolled in 3+ courses get access to our virtual campus — a proprietary world we've spent years building where they walk around as avatars, hang out with friends, and build real social lives. Cameras are always optional.

What if my kid doesn't like their course?

The Double Guarantee means families can try YSA with confidence. If your child isn't loving their course after week one, they can swap into a different course. If YSA isn't the right fit within 30 days, receive a full credit that never expires. Keep every bonus. No risk.

What's the Open House?

The Open House is a free back-to-school night for your family. On July 15 at 5 PM PT / 8 PM ET, you'll meet Mr. Sam, hear from current families, explore 20+ virtual classrooms, meet the actual mentors who teach each course, experience the virtual campus, and get every question answered live. Founding Families who enroll by July 16 receive exclusive bonuses and an annual rate lock.
